COVID 19: PRIVACY ,TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The Saraton Theatre is a registered COVID-Safe business The health and safety of our guests and staff is our biggest priority. Please don’t visit if you feel unwell, have experienced any cold or flu like symptoms in the past 14 days, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or have returned from overseas or a  hotspot area. We have increased the frequency of cleaning in all areas of the Saraton Theatre .Our staff have been trained on COVID-19 safety and this includes dealing with members of the public and with Candy Bar service . We ask for your support in keeping our cinemas clean and safe.

  • Use contactless payments where possible
  • Always practice good hygiene and wash hands frequently
  • Use our hand sanitisers available in our Theatre to clean your hands
  • Place your rubbish in the bin at the conclusion of sessions
  • Cover coughs/sneezes, dispose of tissues
  • Refrain from attending the cinema if feeling unwell to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone
It is a condition of entry that every patron comply with Covid-19 Government regulations. This includes but is not limited to the following:

QR Code Check-in

All staff, patrons and visitors are required to sign in on Service NSW via QR code, if you are unable to use this system, please alert staff who can assist you with checking in.

Masks

In line with NSW government advice, masks are mandatory within all indoor and outdoor venues for visitors aged 13 and over. Please bring your own mask.

Contact Tracing/Privacy

In the event that the Department of Health or other Government Department makes a formal request, we may be required to disclose your personal information for contact tracing purposes. By purchasing your ticket, you are providing us with your permission to do so. If you are attending an Event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the Department of Health for the purposes of contact tracing, you must:
  1. Make the contact details of your group available to the Government (if you have the consent of each group member to do so);
  2. or Contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details to the Government directly.

Allocated Seating

For Movies , the staff will seat patrons and spaced each group according to government guidelines . For Live Events, allocated seating will be provided which will be spaced according to government guidelines. Patrons may not move between seats unless directed by staff.

Capacities

All Events will adhere to the maximum permitted capacity of each venue under the COVID-19 NSW State Government guidelines applicable to the venue and current at that time.

Access

Patrons with access requirements needing specific seating accommodation should contact us at , so that we can assist with allocating an appropriate seat. This includes those with children under the age of 12 years.

Refunds due to Covid 19 Regulations

In the event that a movie or Live Event is cancelled , the ticket holder will be entitled to a refund less the booking fee of $1 if the ticket was booked on line . If an event is transferred to a new date , the ticket holder will be given the same ticket and seat number for the new event . The ticket holder can also request a refund if the ticket holder is unable to attend the new scheduled date of the Movie or Live Event ,
