Live Performances & Special Events

With a capacity of 950, interested artists, theatre companies, bands and entertainers are invited to make use of this unique facility.

The Saraton Theatre has already hosted Jimmy Barnes, Guy Sebastian, The McClymonts, Troy Cassar-Daley, the Sydney Youth Orchestra, the full Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Mick Flavin, Carl Barron, Arj Barker, David Strassman and many charitable functions. It features an enlarged stage, the latest Christie digital cinema equipment and the advanced Hypacoustic sound system. The clarity of the screen and the surround sound bring audiences right into the heart of a movie. The Saraton Theatre has wheelchair access, air conditioning, abundant parking and a hearing aid loop.

Please Note: We are unable to give refunds on "Live Performance" tickets as we are providing a venue and ticketing service for a Hirer. A Refund will only be given if a show is cancelled. A refund may be given in cases of extreme circumstance with permission from the hirer. We do not refund due to change of mind or inability to attend.

An Afternoon at the Proms

‘An Afternoon at The Proms’ is back again in 2020 with the acclaimed Clarence Valley Orchestra & Chorus, conducted by their Artistic Director Greg Butcher, Compered by Desan Padayachee.

This year will feature international pianist Simon Tedeschi, performing Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue together with other orchestral favourites from Mozart, Elgar and Strauss, plus much more!
