Live Performances

With a capacity of 900 for live shows, interested artists, theatre companies, bands and entertainers are invited to make use of this unique facility.

The Saraton Theatre has already hosted Guy Sebastian, The McClymonts, Troy Cassar-Daley, the Sydney Youth Orchestra, Arj Barker, David Strassman, Jimmy Barnes, Tom Gleeson and many charitable functions.

The Saraton Theatre is fully licensed and the Bar is open for live shows and other special events

 

Live Performances- Refund Policy

We are unable to give refunds on "Live Performance" tickets as we are providing a venue and ticketing service for a Hirer. A Refund will only be given if a show is cancelled. A refund may be given in cases of extreme circumstance with permission from the hirer. We do not refund due to change of mind or inability to attend or a ticket holder did not enjoy the event.

    Fronted by Scott Cameron as John Fogarty, the show is the ultimate LOUD explosion of CCR classic hits and Fogarty solo tunes.

    Scott is most known for his rave review portrayals of Buddy Holly as the lead in the tony award-winning musical - The Buddy Holly Story. But grew up listening to Creedence.

    Australian music sensation Brad Cox is thrilled to announce his upcoming solo tour, "Yarns and Yodels," set to captivate audiences across regional Australia. Inspired by the 50 or so sold-out solo shows Brad performed during lockdown, he will be taking to the theatre stage to perform beloved Coxy favourites, both new and old, and hopefully get a few laughs in the process.

    Unlike the Brad Cox full band rock show, the “Yarns and Yodels" tour offers an intimate and up-close experience, showcasing Brad's versatility as an artist. 

    Fans can look forward to a rich and diverse showcase of Brad's talents, spanning from upbeat country pop to moving piano ballads. More than just a musical journey, Brad's performances are infused with his distinctive and humorous storytelling. This combination promises not only a much loved singalong, but also a bloody good laugh.

  • The Grigoryan Brothers: A Boy Called Sailboat

    Acclaimed guitarists Slava & Leonard Grigoryan have expanded their creative output by crafting and recording the soundtrack to the award-winning movie ‘A Boy Called Sailboat’, and are now performing it LIVE during the movie!

    This heart-warming movie, written and developed by Melbourne-based creative team Cameron Nugent and Andre W. Curry was filmed in New Mexico and stars Academy Award® winning actor J.K Simmons, Noel G, Elizabeth De Razzo, Jake Busey, Lew Temple and Julian Atocani Sanchez in the title role.

  • An Afternoon at the Pops: The Weird & Wonderful

    The Clarence Valley Orchestra and Chorus are back again with ‘An Afternoon at The Pops’ for their 10th Anniversary at the Saraton Theatre with another fantastic program from Artistic Director & Conductor Greg Butcher on Sunday afternoon 27th October - with Celebrity Compere Anthony Ackroyd.

    Their 10th anniversary concert special guest artists are The Kransky Sisters from Esk, who are driving their Morris down to Grafton to join the Clarence Valley Orchestra & Chorus for the performance. The Kransky Sisters have been regular guests on television including SBS’s In Siberia Tonight and ABC’s The Side Show, Spicks and Specks and BBC’s Comedy Shuffle.
